• A floor plan drawn to scale indicating doors, windows and use of each room.

• The construction date of the building.

• Dates of any major reconstruction or rebuilding.

• Birth-date of each occupant.

• Pictures and descriptions of the environment outside and inside the house, including but not limited to rivers, mountains, other buildings, roads and trees.

• Concerns that the occupants wish to address.
